The packets are the perfect serving size. I have been making “Golden milk lattes” with them. You just add a little hot water then add warm milk (I used almond milk). They’re really good!! A great calming drink to have before bed.

I was previously putting turmeric in my tea, which wasn’t very tasty. So happy that I found this powder. It is seriously delicious! I actually brought the container to work so I could share it with my coworkers. Love that it is so nutritious. I’ve never had ashwaghanda but after finding out the health benefits it provides I’m sold.

It’s really hard to find an amazing turmeric powder supplement, but this one really does the job. It tastes amazing, especially with almond milk and I feel a lot better on days that I drink it. It’s a super great find and I love that it takes away a lot of the preparing needed with turmeric recipes (it already has been mixed with most of the ingredients), making it extra cost efficient. Love this product! Would recommend!
