How to Use - Each 1 mL delivers 100 mg of Opitac Reduced Glutathione, with a pleasant lemon mint essence. Take 2 pumps by mouth twice daily. Hold in mouth 30 seconds before swallowing. Repeat to desired dosage or as directed by a healthcare professional. Take on an empty stomach, at least 10 minutes before meals. Take Quicksilver UltraBinder 10 minutes after glutathione. Use within 30 days of opening. If pregnant, breastfeeding, or planning to become pregnant, consult a physician before use.
If using with a sauna, you may want to take the Glutathione and then 10 minutes later the UltraBinder. The liver is likely to be releasing toxins during your sauna session. The Glutathione will support the liver detoxification process and the binder will help to catch those and remove them from the body. If you have a congested liver, you may want to take another dose of Glutathione after the sauna. But the best timing for your specific needs should be discussed with your health care practitioner.
