Unfortunately, we cannot change a shipping address once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately info@theswellscore.com to see if we can cancel prior to fulfillment. Once the order has shipped, it is out of our control.

Please note: If you ordered Onward shipping insurance, you can simply make a claim and they will assist you with a refund or replacement.
