How do you make Lady Bugs?

We grow Lady Bugs on a proprietary medium. The medium we use is completely vegan, soy-free, and gluten-free.

Why do I need Lady Bugs?

A woman’s microbiome (all the of the good bacteria in your gut that keeps you healthy) is typically dominated by Lactobacilli. As long as your numbers stay high, Lactobacilli are usually able to fight off infections. However, if your numbers start to dwindle, you may be at risk for urinary tract infections and vaginal infections.

Lady Bugs is a daily probiotic that replenishes the numbers of “good bacteria” in your urinary and reproductive tracts. When used regularly, it can help prevent common infections, including UTI’s, yeast infections, and bacterial vaginosis.

Will Lady Bugs cure an infection?

Depends. It’s important to note that Lady Bugs is best used as a preventive measure against infections. By maintaining a healthy number of Lactobacillus bacteria, your body will be better able to fight pathogenic bacteria from the start and help prevent full-blown infections. If you are currently experiencing an infection, we recommend you see a doctor for medical treatment. Once you’ve healed, we strongly recommend taking Lady Bugs on a regular basis to help prevent recurrence.

Does this help cure bacterial vaginosis (BV)?

Lady Bugs is best used as a preventive measure. If you currently have bacterial vaginosis, we recommend consulting your doctor as a treatment of antibiotics may be necessary. Once your infection has cleared, use Lady Bugs to help decrease your chance of a bacterial vaginosis infection recurrence.

Which should I take? Lady Bugs or Trust Your Gut?

This depends on what benefits you’re after.

We recommend taking both for a comprehensive and preventive probiotic routine.

How and when do I take Lady Bugs?

Take your daily dose of Lady Bugs every day at the same time. It doesn’t matter what time of day you take your dose, but make sure you take it with a meal (or no more than 30 minutes before).

Can men take this?
